Thank you for shopping with Pretty Pure Skincare! Every order is carefully handcrafted, packed, and shipped with love from South Florida. We truly appreciate your support of our small business.

Processing Time

Because our products are handmade in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll notify you by email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our body butters are made with natural butters and do not contain artificial hardeners or waxes. During warmer months, they may soften or melt while in transit.

If your body butter arrives softened:

  • Place the unopened jar in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
  • Allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Melting does not affect the quality, safety, or moisturizing benefits of the product.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Pretty Pure Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Pretty Pure Skincare ships within the United States only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
