Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Because Pretty Pure products are personal care items made in small batches, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order ships. This is for hygiene and safety reasons and is standard in skincare.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We pack every order with care and inspect it before it leaves Margate, FL. If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at prettypureskincare@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number + photos of the issue.

We’ll either send a replacement or issue store credit. We do not refund original shipping costs.

Lost Packages

Once USPS/UPS scans your package, they take responsibility. If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, contact your local post office first. If it’s truly lost in transit, email us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Melted Body Butter

Body butters may soften in heat but it doesn’t affect quality. See our FAQ for how to re-solidify it. If it arrives completely liquefied and unusable, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace it.

Changed Your Mind?

We get it but because we can’t resell returned skincare, we can’t cancel or refund orders once they’re placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
