Is Pretty Pure Skincare safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Pretty Pure Skincare is made for sensitive skin. We use calm, plant-based ingredients and skip the harsh stuff. Still, every skin is unique, so we always recommend a quick patch test before you dive in.

Are your products all-natural?

Our bars are made with plant power: shea butter, herbal-infused oils, clays, and botanical powders. A few have a touch of skin-safe fragrance oil for a clean, gentle scent. We list everything on each product page so you always know what’s touching your skin.

Do your body bars contain fragrance?

We offer both. Fragrance-free options like Turmeric Face + Body Bar, and lightly scented bars like Cocoa Cashmere made with skin-safe, IFRA-compliant fragrance oil. You’ll see it listed right on the product page so you can shop for your skin’s needs.

Do you use essential oils?

Our herbal-infused oils are made by slowly steeping herbs in carrier oils. Depending on the product, we may add essential oils or skin-safe fragrance oils. Full ingredients are always listed on the product page.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 2–4 business days. U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping. Tracking emailed when your order ships.

Body butters ship Monday–Wednesday only so they don’t melt sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. Thursday/Friday body butter orders go out the following Monday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. US only for now so we can guarantee freshness. Join our email list for launch updates.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack every order with care and hand it off to the carrier in perfect condition. Once it ships, we’re not responsible for damage caused in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim. Send us a photo at prettypureskincare@gmail.com too — we’ll help you with the claim and make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of skincare, we don’t accept returns. 

Keep your soaps in a dry area between uses, preferably on a draining soap dish, to help them last longer. Store body butters and herbal oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches. We believe taking our time creates products that you'll truly enjoy using.

What if my body butter melts during shipping?

Our body butters are made with natural butters + oils, so heat can soften them in transit. It doesn’t affect quality. If melted: Refrigerate the closed jar 30–60 min until solid, then let it return to room temp. Texture may be smoother, but the benefits stay the same. Store in a cool, dry place.

How long will one body bar last?

The lifespan of your body bar depends on how often it's used and how it's stored. To help it last longer, keep it on a draining soap dish between uses and avoid letting it sit in standing water. With proper care, one bar can last several weeks.

Can I use your body bars on my face?

Some of our bars, such as our Turmeric Face + Body Bar, are gentle enough for both the face and body. Others are designed primarily for the body. Please read each product description to find the best match for your skincare routine.

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

No. Our products are made without parabens or sulfates. We focus on simple, nourishing ingredients your skin will love.

Why do your products vary slightly in color?

Because every product is handmade using natural ingredients, slight differences in color, texture, and appearance are completely normal. These natural variations make each batch unique.

Can I use your herbal oil every day?

Absolutely! Our herbal-infused oils can be used daily to help lock in moisture. For best results, apply to slightly damp skin after bathing.
